My Diesel an Old boy, had his first full groom with Louise yesterday. He behaved impeccably, and received a certificate. Have had bad experience with other groomers, but Louise did a fabulous job on Diesel, so he will definitely be seeing Louise from now on. Thank you so much x

Visited Louise for the first time this week with my George who is a very nervous cocker spaniel! As soon as we arrived Louise put him at ease and let him have a good look around and get used to his surroundings. 
I explained the cut I wanted and that was exactly what we got! He was so clean and tidy and smelt amazing!!!! She talked through what she had done and the products she had used. 
Such a professional place and are excited to be going back in January for his next groom...Thanks so much Louise 5⭐️ service! Xxx

Just picked Piper up from her first groom with Louise and she looks and smells amazing! What a beautiful doggy salon, so clean and professional and loved that there was a little lawn area for the dogs to explore and feel completely relaxed. We have just rebooked and will be taking my puppy along next time too. Thanks so much!

I took my furbaby Sebastian to Fido & Pooch today for the 1st time, what an absolutely beautiful place, very professionally run with all new equipment and no expense spared on the best products on the market... not a crate in site!! They have a lawned area where the dogs can run around and have a wonderful time.  Louise (the owner) is a such a lovely person and nothing is to much trouble.  Thank you Louise for today and see you tomorrow with my other two fur babies.

Took paddy for his first groom with Louise today! She was so lovely and welcoming explained all his treatment and had a sound knowledge of how a cocker should be cut... when I returned to pick paddy up he was so chilled... playing with a chew! His cut is amazing and he smells fab! Deffo be a regular with fido and pooch. Thank you from 2 happy customers x

Elvis has trouble standing for too long because of his arthritis in his back legs.
Louise took her time with my boy and made him feel comfortable during his groom. 
He looks stunning and smelling gorgeous.
Highly recommend Fido & Pooch, very professional and caring with my old lad.

Highly recommend. Was so nervous at leaving my puppy for the first time but was instantly put at ease when I walked in and met Louise. Pebbles looked and smelt amazing when I picked her up. She was so relaxed after having her very first pamper session. She'll definitely be going back in a months time. Thank you Louise for doing a great job xx

My 7 month old miniature Dachshund Mr Slinky visited Louise at Fido & Pooch today for his first puppy groom, Louise was amazing, so kind and professional, very clean, she made A very nervous Mr Slinky feel relaxed and he was very happy when I collected him.
He smells beautiful x

Highly recommend.  Took both my labradors to Louise.  She did a first class job on them both.  Even Troy my old 12 year old labrador seemed to have enjoyed himself.  So surprised as he is a nervous dog and when i went back to collect him he was quite happy prancing about.  Whilst out last week i got asked by a stranger "How many tins of boot polish have you used to get them looking like that"? Think that speaks volumes.  Definitely be using again and have recommended my daughter's dog to you.  Well done Louise - first class service.

Just took my scruffy jack russell here, who hates me grooming him. Louise was lovely with him and it's great that only one dog at a time is booked in so no holding in cages. He looks and smells gorgeous and has a cute little bandanna too. Will definitely be returning, highly recommend.

Our feisty Tibetan Terrier does not enjoy her grooming sessions, but Louise was very welcoming and confident. Bebe soon settled down and we are so pleased with her clean, clipped coat. She looks great. We can highly recommend Fido and Pooch. Thank you.

Would fully recommend. My Chinese Crested is very shy but the lady was very welcoming and a calming influence on him. My Stevie now looks fabulous in time for Christmas!
